Suitable for acidic waste gas or other water-soluble waste gas generated in low concentration high air volume or intermittent explosive high concentration working environments. Its application fields are extremely wide, and it can be used in metallurgy, chemical industry, machinery, electroplating, electronic component production, acid washing operations, laboratory emissions and other occasions or factory workshops where waste gas is generated.

Equipment characteristics and working principle

This purifier is a horizontal, spray, packing type, made of fiberglassProcessing and manufacturing of corrosion-resistant materials such as PP or PVC, the exhaust gas enters the purifier through the air inlet, undergoes pre spraying, and then uniformly passes through the spray packing bed for purification reaction. The filler chosen by our company is a new type of flower ball filler. The treated exhaust gas is directly discharged into the atmosphere by an organic fan. The purified exhaust gas meets the requirements of Table 2 of the Comprehensive Emission Standards for Air Pollutants GB16297-1996.
